We’re an LLC with general and liquor liability insurance, plus all our bartenders are M.A.S.T. certified and have food handler permits. 

Yes! In Washington State, if you're serving alcohol at a private event, you'll need one of the following permits, depending on your event type:

1. Banquet Permit ($10/day):

Required for private events (like weddings or parties) at your home or venues without a liquor license.

Best for small, private events.

2. Occasion License Permit ($60/event):

Required for public events or private events that charge for alcohol (like fundraisers or ticketed events):

Best for large public or private events or events where alcohol is sold (either for money or donations or through a ticketed program).

No, alcohol is not included in our packages. You will need to purchase it separately, and then we will take over and handle the rest. We provide guidance on quantities and offer tips to make the process run smoothly. we al

💫All event details must be submitted through my booking portal to ensure accuracy and organization.

💫Direct communication between Twisted Horseshoe and the event host is preferred to avoid any miscommunication.

Once you submit an inquiry with your event details, you’ll get exclusive access to our HoneyBook-powered marketplace, where you can explore our offerings and pricing. After that, we’ll send over a preliminary proposal and a calendar invite for a 20-minute consultation call to nail down the details! 📅

Once everything’s set, a deposit will secure your date, and we’ll stay in touch, making sure everything runs smoothly until the big day! 🥂

 In the event of a cancellation 90 days prior to the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued, as the retainer/deposit is non-refundable. If you need to postpone, contracted services can be rescheduled based on availability, as outlined in our Postponement Policy. If we, the vendor, need to cancel for any reason, we will issue a full refund promptly. 

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% retainer of the total cost. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event date. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card. Please note that the initial retainer is non-refundable. 

 For the trailer bar, we’ll need enough space to pull through, turn around, and park. It also needs to be set up on flat ground to ensure smooth service. To make the most of your rental, we’ll need to be within 100 feet of an outlet. If no power source is available, we offer a generator rental for an additional fee.

 Yes! We offer a variety of add-ons to elevate your event experience. Choose from glassware upgrades, cozy hot drink packages like hot cocoa, cider, and hot buttered rum, or power generation solutions for areas without electricity. We're always excited to hear your ideas and feedback to make your celebration even more special! 

The trailers foot print is 8ft x 12ft and 7.5ft tall.

We would also need 1 outlet connection to run our kegerator and mini fridges so its best to place the trailer within 100 ft of an outlet or we can provide a generator if an outlet is not available.
