All packages are estimates untill all information is provided. Details include location, guest count, duration of event and package selected.
All packages includes us serving any canned or bottled beverages that you would like in addition. (Whitclaws, Twisted Teas, Truly, Hard Ciders, Sodas, Lemonade, Iced Tea, etc)
Host is responsible for purchase of any of these other beverages.
The Trot
(Based on 4 Hours) Beer and Wine/Bubbly Only . No Hard Alchol.

Host provides the alcohol

- Initial consultation & menu planning

From root beer on tap to kombucha, cold brew coffee, and creative mocktails, we can help you create a fun and memorable non-alcoholic drink menu for your party. The Twisted Horseshoe will add a unique touch to your party!
All other refreshments are supplied by host
Additional charges
- We charge an additional fee of $175.00 per extended hour
- Anything out of our 35 mile radius we charge $1.00 per mile. Over 100 miles is $1.50 per mile

We cater to private events, including but not limited to weddings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, corporate events, fundraisers, and more. Public event permits are the responsibility of the client. We are unable to sell alcohol from our trailer, and events must not operate as a 'cash bar'.

All bartender are liscence with current M.A.S.T and food handlers permit.
No, alcohol is not included in our packages. You will need to purchase it separately, and then we will take over and handle the rest. We provide guidance on quantities and offer tips to make the process run smoothly.
After submitting an inquiry and providing basic event information, access to our HoneyBook-powered marketplace will be granted, enabling you to view our offerings and pricing. We will then reach out with a preliminary proposal and calendar invite for a 20-minute consultation call. Once details are finalized, a deposit will be paid to reserve the date, and continued communication will ensue until the day of your event.
In the event of cancellation 90 days prior to the scheduled event, a 50% refund shall be issued, as the retainer is non-refundable. If the event needs to be postponed, contracted services may be rescheduled pending availability, as per our Postponement Policy. If the vendor cancels for any reason, a full refund shall be issued promptly..
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% retainer of the total cost. The outstanding balance must be settled 30 days prior to the event date. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card. Please note that the initial retainer is non-refundable.
For the trailer bar, we need enough room to pull through, turn around, and park. It also needs to be on flat ground for setup and service. To make the most of your rental, we’ll need to be within 100 feet of an outlet. You can rent our generator for an additional fee if no power source is available.

Yes! We offer a wide range of add-ons to elevate your experience. Choose from glassware upgrades, hot drink packages such as hot cocoa, cider, and hot buttered rums, and power generation solutions for areas without electricity. We are always open to your ideas and feedback.
